Exchange/Return/Shipping

We strive to deliver your Estrella Luna items with diligence and care. Expected fulfillment windows are provided on product pages in the description and also sent out in order confirmation emails.

Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. (EL does seasonal collection drops, nothing is the same, therefore no returns or exchanges should be offered.)

  • For any damages or production errors, there is a 14-day return policy following the date of delivery confirmation.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless approved otherwise by our customer service representative.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@estrellaluna.com

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • Orders may take 5-7 business days to fulfill; during peak seasons, orders may take 7-10 business days to fulfill. The shipping time is applicable after the fulfillment time.

  • We do not offer expedited shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages marked delivered.

  • Domestic orders over $150 will be shipped with "signature required".

  • We are not responsible for any damaged or lost in-transit packages. You can file a claim with the shipping carriers.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the exchange is shipping out to you.

  • Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
