Return Policy

At Estrella Luna, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:

General Return Guidelines

  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (not the shipping date). The delivery date will be verified using the tracking number.

  2. Condition of Returned Items:

    • Items must be in new, unused condition, free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.

    • All original packaging and tags (including hang tags) must be included.

    • Items can be tried on for size, but garments with stretched, damaged collars, or other signs of tampering will not be accepted.

  3. Final Sale Items: Headwear and other items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. A clear notice will be displayed on product pages.

Shipping and Return Costs

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping fee associated with your order.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including purchasing a return label.

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address due to user error. A reminder will be displayed on the cart page to review your details before placing your order.

Additional Notes

  • Promotional items (e.g., thank-you cards, stickers) included in your order do not need to be returned.

  • Returns for exchanges follow the same process as refunds. If you'd like to exchange an item, return the original piece first and place a new order for the replacement.
