General Return Guidelines

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (not the shipping date). The delivery date will be verified using the tracking number.

Condition of Returned Items:

Items must be in new, unused condition, free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.

All original packaging and tags (including hang tags) must be included.

Items can be tried on for size, but garments with stretched, damaged collars, or other signs of tampering will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items: Headwear and other items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. A clear notice will be displayed on product pages.
Shipping and Return Costs

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping fee associated with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including purchasing a return label.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address due to user error. A reminder will be displayed on the cart page to review your details before placing your order.
Additional Notes

Promotional items (e.g., thank-you cards, stickers) included in your order do not need to be returned.

Returns for exchanges follow the same process as refunds. If you'd like to exchange an item, return the original piece first and place a new order for the replacement.
